The Moot Court Competition is one of the flagship academic events of ELSA Sibiu, designed to challenge students’ legal reasoning, advocacy skills, and teamwork. Participants step into the role of attorneys, preparing written submissions and presenting oral arguments before a panel of judges composed of legal professionals and academics.

National Moot Court Competition, ELSA Sibiu is a premier legal advocacy event organized by ELSA Sibiu, bringing together law students from across the country to develop their pleading, research, and argumentation skills. Participants engage in simulated court proceedings, gaining practical experience and networking opportunities in a competitive yet collaborative environment.
SLMI
SLMI organized by ELSA Sibiu is an event dedicated to the development of personal and professional skills of law students. It involves participating in interactive sessions, practical trainings, and team activities aimed at improving competencies such as communication, organization, leadership, and teamwork. The event also provides the opportunity to learn from others’ experiences and to interact with active members of the ELSA community.
