Meet The Local Board

Leads and oversees the local group's activities, represents ELSA Sibiu nationally and internationally, ensures strategic coordination, and supports the board in achieving the association’s goals.

Manages internal administration, coordinates communication within the team, keeps records of meetings, and ensures smooth organizational operations.

Handles the financial management of the group, including budgeting, bookkeeping, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting.

Organizes and oversees academic events such as legal research groups and essay competitions, promoting legal education and academic engagement.

Organizes and oversees events meant to develop both the academic and social skills of law students, such as conferences, panel discussions and study visits.

Manages opportunities like traineeships, workshops, and career events, connecting law students with the legal profession and enhancing their practical skills.

Leads the promotion of ELSA Sibiu’s activities, manages social media and visual branding, ensures clear and engaging communication, and oversees the creation, content, and maintenance of the association’s websites.

Coordinates recruitment, onboarding, and member engagement, ensures team cohesion and development, and fosters a positive and motivated organizational culture.

Develops and implements fundraising strategies, builds relationships with sponsors and partners, and secures financial support to sustain the association’s activities.

Manages the association’s public image, builds and maintains relationships with external partners, media, and institutions, and promotes ELSA Sibiu’s mission and events.

Supports the Vice President in organizing career-related events, workshops, and traineeships to enhance members’ practical skills and professional growth.

Organizes and coordinates academic competitions, including moot courts and essay contests, to promote legal skills and student engagement.
